so far, I enjoy biostatistic's lectures the most because the lecturers are fun and they carried out their teaching in a very interactive way which i think is good, at least the lectures are lively and we get to be more proactive in answering questions, as for haematology and immunology are kindda tough, i really need to do some revision on the both subjects. moreover, we spent most of our classes in the lab for diagnostic integrative, to observe microorganism and to identified them through culture, stainning, microscopic observation, biochemical test, microgen test as well as serology test. to enlighten all of you,1 of my specimens has the pathogenic effect to cause food poisoning and diarrhea, and another will lead to throat infection =( poor me, i was infected and didnt sound like myself for 1 whole week, what to do? should blame myself for not carrying out aseptic technique properly =(
the highlight for the past 2 weeks in ukm kl is !!! the CF junior welcoming night! we had a wonderful time playing games, getting to know 1 another and makan makan !!! despite the small amount of juniors, we truly had fun together, I especially enjoy the drama directed by shalisha!! fyi, the drama is about making choices by ourselves as we enter Uni,it is the choices that we had made that meant the most and make us who we are. no more mummyboy or papagirl, we have to make our own decision, at the same time, knowing that God is there guiding us and leading us. =) I have decided too to make my own choices! the 4 years of uni life, i will choose to equip myself, to become more knowlegable and skillful .Despite of the 2 years that had past,I will start to discover the fun that I probably had missed out, to learn to care and love more genuinely, most importantly, to grow closer to my heavenly Father =)
Also, I went to midvalley the other day, to meet up with some SWEEPERs-jinny and yu-shen! Jinny was here in KL as she was attending an interview here, really happy to be able to see her again =D she is such an encouraging person, I especially treasure the times when we talked and shared in SWEEP, about CF, CG, families and our future. and the mosquito repellent smell! =) as for yu-shen, he is currently having an internship with UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for refugees),his duty is to release the refugees from the detention camps all over the peninsular. Only those qualified refugees have the opportunity to be set free, this mean that UNHCR is to protect and safe-guards the right of refugees or some call them silent-seeker. I personally think that is a very noble job!So, we had dinner in Carl's junior as suggested by jinny's freind, was my 1st time there, and I love the burger!! superb!! although it was a mess eating the burger, and the table is small, burger is big n fries are abit burnt, but still i enjoy the chat-up. hope the next time we manage to meet up all the SWEEPERs!
I guess this is enough to convey my life for the past few weeks, I really hope to blog more, but can't due to my lazziness ... will try to stop procrastinating.
Btw, 40 days fast and pray for our nation is starting soon, 22nd July, as a Malaysian, let us play our role to pray for the nation. as Richard Foster put it this way 'Prayer is like we are working with God to determine the future! certain things will happen in history if we pray rightly. we are to change the world by prayer!'
God bless =)
